Job Summary
We are looking for a discovery-driven Business Analyst to support digital initiatives within aviation domain. This role involves driving the end-to-end requirements journey, from shaping ambiguous business problems into clear, structured solutions—requiring strong critical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills to drive alignment across business and technical teams.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Must have 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
- Must have strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, user stories, use cases);
- At least 1 year of experience in SIT/UAT and defect management;
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Confluence;
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions;
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric solutioning;
- Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro);
- Exposure to performance or non-functional requirement testing;
- Relevant BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC) are a plus;
- Experience in aviation or enterprise platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements;
- Structure vague problem statements into defined scope, solution approaches, and roadmaps;
- Develop BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows;
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making;
- Apply Design Thinking to drive user-centric solutioning and validation;
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and architects to ensure solution feasibility and alignment;
- Define and support SIT/UAT, ensuring solutions meet business and user expectations;
- Act as the key bridge between business and tech teams, managing priorities and expectations;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement and delivery.
