Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in BFSI, particularly in Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and Retail Banking. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving effective solution design and delivery.
Must Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in the BFSI domain, with a focus on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Retail Banking
- Solid understanding of Retail Banking processes and the associated IT impacts on CRM and banking solutions
- Good knowledge of the global CRM landscape, particularly within Retail Banking
- Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and Retail Banking solutions
- Ability to act as a catalyst between business and IT, translating business needs into effective functional requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers
- Strong experience in drafting business requirements using Gherkin syntax (BDD approach)
