Business Analyst (Remittance)

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives across Remittance Operations.
• Analyse existing workflows and develop As-Is / To-Be process flows to improve operational efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements for automation and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, vendors and HQ teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Coordinate UAT, testing and implementation of process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance KYC and banking operational processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Remittance Operations experience in banking.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, process improvement or transformation projects within banking.
• Strong knowledge of remittance and KYC operations.
• Proficient in process mapping and business requirements documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to automation or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
