Role Summary:
Our client is seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Quality Analyst to support the end-to-end migration from the legacy system to the new platform. The role involves working across SDLC phases, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery across five countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for the initiative.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain SDM documents including analysis, design, and SOPs.
- Support configuration setup in VCX Portal and define file exchange mappings (incoming/outgoing).
- Assist in defining Control-M job schedules and file processing scripts.
- Liaise with Visa team for certification testing and compliance validation.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and performance testing across five countries.
- Validate file exchange processes between upstream/downstream systems.
- Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support deployment activities and provide warranty support post go-live.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with distributed systems and file-based integrations.
- Familiarity with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments.
- Basic understanding of PostgreSQL DB.
- Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M.
