Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights.
- Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size.
- Evaluate existing solutions to identify unique opportunities or areas of synergies.
- Conduct user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement.
- Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
- Analyse results post- release to identify areas of improvement.
- Analyse impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of resource requirements.
- Maintain reliable platform application operations, ensuring consistent service delivery across existing applications and facilitating the user on-boarding and adoption activities.
- Resolve and implement change requests and issues for application promptly to meet divisional requirements for data analysis.
- Implement and monitor the implementation of service requests to ensure robust access to data products.
- Ensure application change management adherence to security standards for secure deployment and access management.
- Ensure optimal user satisfaction score in accessing and using the system and applications.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially requirement gatherings, service design, user acceptance and release management process.
- Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
- Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- End to end experience working with product team to build products.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- A good team player to work with multi-functional teams and business users for effective product management, change management and problem management.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques on user journey and service design.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
