Business Analyst / Project Manager – Banking & Wealth Management

Experience: 10+ years

Domain: Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze GL accounting setup/changes and impact on financial reporting.
• Work with Group Finance and technology teams on requirements, data mapping and functional scope.
• Conduct business workshops and application impact assessments.
• Prepare BRD, functional specifications and non-functional requirements.
• Drive SIT/UAT and support production transition.
• Manage requirements, demand backlog and release scope.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, SMEs and development teams.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive projects through Elaboration → Build → SIT → UAT → Production.
• Monitor project delivery and resolve business/technology challenges.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Banking / Wealth Management experience.
• Financial Accounting / GL / Financial Reporting.
• Exposure to Liquidity Management, Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
• Knowledge of Core Banking – Loan/Deposit lifecycle.
• Experience with data quality, finance closing and reconciliation.
• Understanding of Investment Product Lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Hands-on experience across the full IT project lifecycle.
• BA → Project Management experience will be an advantage.
