Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
At least 8+ years of experience (preferable prior consulting background) in the Life & Health insurance domain, with strong hands-on knowledge of Agency, Finance, and Operations processes.
Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation, including the use of industry standard process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
Strong understanding of insurance data flows, particularly how transactional systems integrate with Data Warehouses to support reporting, payments, and accounting.
Prior experience with insurance platforms such as LifeAsia and enterprise Data Warehouse solutions is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high quality outcomes in fast paced, cross functional environments.
