Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. 
  • At least 8+ years of experience (preferable prior consulting background) in the Life & Health insurance domain, with strong hands-on knowledge of Agency, Finance, and Operations processes.
  • Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation, including the use of industry standard process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Strong understanding of insurance data flows, particularly how transactional systems integrate with Data Warehouses to support reporting, payments, and accounting.
  • Prior experience with insurance platforms such as LifeAsia and enterprise Data Warehouse solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high quality outcomes in fast paced, cross functional environments.
