Business Analyst - Portfolio Manager onboarding - Hedge Fund

Our client, a leading quantitative hedge fund, is seeking a Trading Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the launch and scaling of systematic trading teams and strategies across global markets.

As a core member of a centralized onboarding and deployment team, you will partner closely with portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of new trading initiatives, from research setup through production rollout.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a trading, technology, or quantitative Business Analyst / Project Management role within a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of global market structure and electronic trading systems, or the ability to learn quickly
• Experience working with portfolio managers to integrate trading strategies into firm-wide platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across Technology, Ops and Trading teams
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL; Linux/Unix experience a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical requirements and explain concepts clearly
