Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and payments
- Proven track record in delivering corporate payments, transaction banking, and digital channel initiatives
- Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX exposure to CBPR+ and payment modernization programs is advantageous
- Knowledge of real-time payment rails, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation processes
- Experience leading SIT/UAT and supporting end-to-end implementation delivery
- Exposure to cloud-based solutions and API-driven architectures (functional/business perspective)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and senior leadership teams
- Experience mentoring or guiding Business Analysts and working within global delivery models
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end business analysis for digital banking and corporate payment transformation initiatives
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
- Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and process re-engineering for payment workflows
- Design end-to-end payment flows covering real-time, cross-border, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation scenarios
- Define data mapping and message transformation for SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022, including CBPR+ migration support
- Produce functional solution designs, interface specifications, and API integration requirements
- Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and user journey artefacts using Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools
- Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver solutions
