Business Analyst (Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders across teams, customers, partners, and vendors

• Analyse requirements and produce detailed specifications, including design and interface documents

• Identify risks and solution issues early, evaluating business and operational impacts

• Support the end-to-end development lifecycle, including UAT, issue resolution, and deployment

• Monitor progress, drive continuous improvements, and communicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government, automation, or security technology projects

• Strong ability to scope, prioritise requirements, and assess solution feasibility

• Experience in border control systems, biometrics, automation, or public sector IT projects is an advantage
