Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology solutions by bridging business requirements and technical implementation. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to analyse business needs, define requirements, and contribute to solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and propose solutions to business problems
- Support solution design, including workflows and system requirements
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business insights
- Prepare project documentation such as reports, specifications, and status updates
- Assist in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and presentations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support delivery of solutions
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong ability to work independently and manage assigned BA tasks with attention to detail
- Good understanding of technical requirements, including basic debugging and code-level concepts
- Exposure to Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Good to Have
- Experience facilitating client or stakeholder workshops
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to break down complex problems and propose solutions
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in writing clear technical and functional documentation
