Business Analyst

The Functional Business Analyst will support the BEACON(Blockchain-Enabled Architecture for Connectivity and Optimised Network) Program, focusing on Stablecoin capabilities and Swift Digital Ledger initiatives. The role bridges business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define functional requirements, operating models, and process flows for programmable settlement and digital asset transactions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Business / Functional Analyst in banking, payments, or financial services.
• Hands-on exposure to stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or distributed ledger technology (DLT).
• Experience documenting functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and BPMN flows.
• Familiarity with Swift messaging, ISO 20022, and payment orchestration concepts.
• Knowledge of wallets, tokenization, smart contracts (functional level), and ledger interoperability is an advantage.
