Business Analyst (Operations)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Operations) with a strong accounting background to support management reporting and day-to-day operational analysis. This role plays an important part in consolidating monthly reports and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and prepare monthly P&L reports for management review

• Analyse variances in revenue, costs, and operating expenses

• Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy

• Maintain and improve Excel-based reports, trackers, and templates

• Support month-end closing for management reporting

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for management as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or accounting-related roles

• Strong accounting fundamentals, especially P&L and cost analysis

• Good Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is a plus)

• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with numbers

• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines

• Comfortable communicating with different teams
