Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently.
Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning, and production support.
Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and business processes.
Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.
Experience in Agile methodology skills with strong delivery mindset.
