Good understanding of the global CRM Landscape and Retail Banking.
Experience of Solution Architecture / Design and Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking solutions.
Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT
Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers.
Good experience in Gherkins way of drafting business requirements.
