Purpose:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst (BA) to join our Professional Services team. The BA is responsible for bridging business needs and technology solutions, supporting both Pre-Sales and Implementation activities to deliver measurable value to clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure successful solution deployment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct current state assessments of client environments, including business processes and compliance requirements.
- Participate in RFP responses and bid proposals by gathering and analyzing client requirements.
- Develop business cases and contribute to solution design for cost-effective, value-driven proposals.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to validate requirements and demonstrate proposed solutions.
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create Process Design Documents and validate workflows with clients.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure alignment between requirements and technical design.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Provide transition support from current state to future state, ensuring smooth adoption of solutions.
- Perform Business Value Analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Deliver high-value consulting services such as workflow efficiency studies and fleet optimization.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Maintain and grow a continuing trusted relationship with customers.
- Keep abreast of emerging solutions and technologies via professional publications, seminars, and symposiums.
- Mentor others through on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- 1 -3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Experience supporting pre-sales and solution implementation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, process documentation, and solution evaluation.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. UiPath), Power Platform, and data visualization tools (Power BI, MS Visio).
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- IIBA certifications (ECBA™, CCBA®, CBAP®), or Lean Six Sigma equivalent
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to evolving client requirements.
- Leadership qualities for guiding workshops and influencing stakeholders.
