1. Business Partnership & Requirements CoordinationServe as the main point of contact between business teams and the Infrastructure & Services function. Develop a strong understanding of daily business operations and challenges, converting these into well‑defined IT requirements or service requests. Coordinate with relevant technology teams to ensure effective delivery, timely issue resolution, and clear communication, and support the preparation of business cases and documentation for small to mid‑sized infrastructure or service initiatives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationCultivate strong relationships with business users by gaining a deep understanding of their operational needs. Clearly communicate technology updates, service changes, and planned maintenance in business‑friendly language, while providing regular updates on service performance, ongoing issues, and improvement initiatives.
3. Governance & Compliance SupportSupport the development and continuous improvement of technology governance frameworks to ensure alignment with overall strategy. Help manage and prioritize the technology project portfolio by assessing business impact, risks, and resource constraints, and define, track, and report KPIs for key technology initiatives to relevant stakeholders and management.
4. Vendor & Partner ManagementAssist in identifying, assessing, and managing strategic technology vendors and partners that support long‑term objectives. Contribute to contract negotiations to ensure strong commercial terms, strategic alignment, and value for the organization.
5. Operational Technology SupportEnable the successful delivery of infrastructure and workplace initiatives such as network upgrades, tool rollouts, and service improvements. Track incident escalations and recurring problems, working with technical teams to achieve root‑cause resolution. Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and communications for minor enhancements, and maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation, service catalogs, and workflows.
6. Team Collaboration & Knowledge SharingWork closely with Infrastructure, Service Management, and other IT teams to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery. Participate in cross‑functional discussions focused on service optimization, process improvements, and enhancing user experience, while contributing to knowledge sharing and internal documentation.
