Job Description
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the technology team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases, workflows, and system designs.
- Support project teams in the development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in business analysis within the insurance industry or technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including process maps and technical specifications.
