Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Delivery Support
- Conduct business discovery and requirements gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Support delivery of initiatives across enterprise systems, including ERP and commercial platforms.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify scope and requirements.
- Track action items and support follow-through across cross-functional teams.
- Governance & Compliance Support
- Support User Access Review (UAR) coordination and documentation for Business Applications.
- Assist in ensuring system configurations align with internal security policies.
- Provide documentation support for audit engagements and follow-up actions.
- Technical Coordination & Solution Enablement
Work with technical teams to support platform setup and configuration activities, including:
- Supporting Azure-related environment coordination.
- Assisting in workflow automation enablement (e.g., n8n or similar platforms).
- Supporting configuration-based enhancements and system changes.
- Coordinating testing activities and validating solution outcomes.
This role requires techno-functional understanding but does not carry primary architecture ownership.
- Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support tracking of delivery timelines and dependencies.
- Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership where appropriate.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and system workflows.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis within enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting ERP, commercial systems, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and workflow automation tools is advantageous.
- Exposure to audit, access governance, or compliance activities is a plus.
- Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams.
