Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Requirements Ownership

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for AuroPay and AuroPayBiz, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.

  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on diverse payment use cases, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Translate business goals into clear functional specifications and delivery-ready requirements.

Payment Acquirer Integrations (ASEAN Focus)

  • Lead integrations with key payment acquirers across the ASEAN region, including:

    • Stripe

    • Xendit

    • Ebixcash

    • LiquidPay

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, certification, and go-live readiness.

Business Use Case Solutioning & Execution

Drive product execution for high-impact payment use cases such as:

  • Merchant acquiring in Singapore and other emerging markets

  • Overseas education fee payments for Indian students

  • NRI bill payments through integration with NPCI's BBPS platform

  • Local payouts in Singapore, including salary and corporate disbursements

Ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions across all payment flows.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  • Create and manage enterprise pre-sales documentation, including:

    • Client-facing product solution proposals

    • Comprehensive RFP responses

  • Conduct live product demos and solution walkthroughs for:

    • Enterprise clients

    • Banking partners

    • Strategic fintech collaborators

Support business development through strong product positioning and articulation.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Perform ongoing market analysis to identify potential collaborators and monitor evolving trends in:

    • Fintech ecosystems

    • Payments infrastructure

    • Regulatory shifts

    • Customer experience needs

Provide actionable insights to enhance product differentiation and growth.

Cross-Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide in-depth requirement walkthroughs to internal stakeholders, including:

    • Development teams

    • QA teams

    • Operations and Support

    • Backend engineering teams

Ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality implementation across releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in Payments or Fintech

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Merchant acquiring

    • Payment gateways and settlement flows

    • Cross-border remittances and bill payments

  • Hands-on experience with acquirer integrations (Stripe, Xendit, etc.)

  • Strong expertise in PRD creation, roadmap governance, and agile delivery

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in enterprise client-facing activities (RFPs, proposals, demos)
