Business Analyst (IT)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and analysis.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases, using industry-standard methodologies.

• Design wireframes, mockups, and process flows to illustrate business and system requirements.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders using tools such as Figma to review and refine application designs.

• Extract, transform, and prepare data using appropriate data querying and reporting tools to support business requirements.

• Create test scenarios and test cases conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and system testing.

• Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment support.

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery assist in testing, implementation, and rollout of solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and project managers.

• Perform other project-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders at different levels.

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and project implementation is an advantage.

• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using tools such as Figma (or similar UI/UX tools).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
