Role: Business Analyst

Job Level: More than 10 years Relevant Experience (L4)
Key Responsibilities:
. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with PDPA regulations
. Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights that support compliance with PDPA
. Process Enhancement and Modelling: Develop and optimize business processes to ensure they meet PDPA standards
. Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of PDPA requirements
. Solution Implementation and Testing: Oversee the implementation of solutions that ensure compliance with PDPA, including conducting tests to validate effectiveness
. Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in current processes and systems related to PDPA compliance and recommend improvements
. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with PDPA compliance
. Creating Business Requirements: Develop detailed business requirements for systems and processes to ensure they meet PDPA compliance
. Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on PDPA compliance and related processes
. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain PDPA compliance
Key Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
. Project Management certification is an added plus
. Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory
. 12 to 15 years of IT work experience, including 8 - 10 years in managing complex projects at enterprise level with cross domain dependencies
. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies, resource management practices and change management techniques
. Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude
. Experience in working with a large number of stakeholders from multiple functions (business users, system owners and operations users)
. Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
. Strong capabilities in producing project reporting to various Project Working Group and Project Steering Committee forums
