Responsibilities and Requirements
Mandatory:
- Lead requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and documentation of business rules.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, UAT planning, and act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
- Analyse as-is vs to-be processes, identify gaps, propose optimisations, and maintain requirements traceability.
- Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment of requirements across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 - 6 years business analysis experience
Good To Have:
- Work with client teams on workflows, eligibility checks, fund management rules, and approval hierarchies.
- Support configuration of forms, workflow designers, document templates, and rule engines (no-code/low-code platforms).
- Participate in integration discussions involving API, government agency checks, SAP S/4HANA, and reporting portals.
- Assist in data migration mapping, validation rules, archival processes, and reporting structures.
