About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Asia's leading insurance technology companies. We are looking for a driven, versatile business analyst able to support project implementation activities, from working with customers to understand their business process, to coordinating with our tech team to tailor our SaaS platforms to their needs.
Fermion Merimen was founded in the year 2000 by a group of technopreneurs passionate about revolutionizing the Insurance industry. Today, over 160 leading Insurers across 10 countries in Asia and the Middle East use our SaaS platforms to digitize and automate over 2 million policies and claims annually.
Our Singapore office, based in Raffles Place, plays a key regional role to support other countries in business and product development, while serving over 20 insurers locally including the Asia head offices of global insurance companies. The SG team aspires to support Southeast Asia's drive towards digitization and Insurtech.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project activities from planning, execution, progress monitoring and issue escalation to ensure projects are delivered on time and on quality.
- Understand the clients business and process needs and translate them into user requirements and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the technical team to complete development, testing and deployment activities, as well as with users to complete user acceptance testing.
- Train and guide users on the system, support day-to-day operational issues faced, as well as develop and update operations and training documents.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Possess a Degree, preferably in Business / Project Management or IT / Computer Science.
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience in business analysis or project management
- Fresh graduates interested in Business Analyst & Project Manager career are welcome to apply
Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies
- Interest in technology and how it can transform and innovate business processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Analytical and detail-oriented, to understand business processes and detailed requirements
- Independent and self-motivated Team player, who is comfortable with a flat and collaborative organization culture
- Experience with General Insurance, SaaS or enterprise IT systems is preferred
. This role is on a 5-day work week with 2-day WFH Flexibility.
