Conduct Testing: Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure configurations meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
Create Reports and Dashboards: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Train and Support Users: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of AI solutions.

[What we are looking for]
Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
Hands-on experience with report creation and dashboard design in Salesforce.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
