Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using standard BA methodologies.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Analyze as-is and to-be business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Support process re-engineering, digital transformation, and system implementation initiatives.
Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for business solutions.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Application teams throughout the SDLC.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
Act as a single point of contact for business queries related to assigned projects.
Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios.
Communicate changes, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.
Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management.
Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Experience with Agile / Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis concepts is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
