Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will take ownership of key processes across financial modelling, business analysis, cost management, capital expenditure tracking, and data analytics. You'll also oversee risk management frameworks, insurance reporting, and lease administration. In addition, you'll contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving performance, benchmarking, and evaluating investments, while engaging both internal stakeholders and external partners on financial and regulatory matters.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or related education. Having a professional qualification such as a CA or CPA is considered an advantage. You will bring three to five years of relevant experience in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making, supported by strong analytical and conceptual skills. A solid understanding of financial reporting standards and management principles is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Success in this position also requires a proactive, improvement-focused mindset, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
