Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and change control.

• Conduct detailed business process reviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions.

• Develop and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and SOPs.

• Partner with project managers to ensure delivery milestones, risks, and issues are effectively managed.

• Perform data-driven analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.

• Ensure solutions comply with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous process optimisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in technology, consulting, finance, or enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI, SQL, or equivalents.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to document complex processes in a structured and clear manner.
