The Business Analyst under Product Management develops programs to onboard HMI entities to new digital products and features, manages the end-to-end entity onboarding process, establishes key milestones with entities, and celebrates the achievement of these milestones. They engage entities to gather insights on usage and experience with digital products, formulate plans to address challenges, and support entities in deriving greater value from the products. Additionally, they analyze product usage data and feedback to enhance patient experience and satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
This role operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and requires travel to entity premises as part of the role. The analyst is expected to be proficient with entities respective relationship management software, digital communication tools, alongside knowledge of customer service frameworks and practices. The role also requires staying current with best practices related to digital products and services, patient needs, and entities business objectives.
The Business Analyst is expected to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, build and sustain relationships with entities as a trusted advisor, and exhibit creative thinking with a client-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Implement digital product launch plan
– Design initiatives and programs to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
– Develop service level agreements with entities to facilitate implementation, feedback, and collaboration
– Analyze the operating landscape, technology developments, and entity feedback to derive insights for digital product development
– Determine key performance indicators and goals to measure progress and achievement of entity and digital product success
Optimize derivable value of digital products for entities and patients
– Conduct reviews of usage and satisfaction with digital products and services to identify opportunities for optimizing value
– Formulate solutions to address challenges, under-utilization, and improve utilization of solutions to deliver greater value to patients and entities
– Create entity success case studies and educational resources for internal teams and entities
– Conduct sharing sessions with entities on best practices
– Analyze digital product usage data to improve patient experience, engagement, and satisfaction with HMI's digital products and services
– Engage entities to understand their business challenges and variables that may impact future growth and performance
– Direct technical issues to relevant technical teams for resolution
