Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting business processes, and identifying and assessing business requirements. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and offering actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, workflows, and strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess business operations and identify solutions
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and systems planning
• Excellent Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to optimize workflows
• Experience in defining, evaluating, and documenting Business Requirements
• Familiarity with software tools and technologies related to business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous work experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
