Job Description
Responsibilties:
Functional Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements. Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows. Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Perform gap analyses and recommend improvements. Maintain functional documentation.
Testing & QA: Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression). Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards. Support UAT and facilitate user sign-off.
Project Support: Assist in deployments and post-go-live support. Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning). Contribute to effort estimation and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
Specialist/Team Lead (34+ Years of Experience):
Mandatory:
Healthcare industry experience and/or SAP
Prior experience managing large scale projects and resolving complex issues.
Hands-on Experience in SQL, debugging with minimal guidance
Prior leadership/supervisory experience
Decent job tenure
Analyst - Senior Analyst (<3 Years Experience):
Mandatory:
Hands-on Experience in SQL, BA/Functional Testing, debugging
Good to have:
Healthcare industry experience and/or SAP
Prior experience managing large scale projects and resolving complex issues.
