Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with squads to deliver solutions in Agile methodology, taking part in all ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Apply hands-on coding or automation skills to support solution design and successful project delivery.
Ensure proper use of CI/CD tools such as GIT and JIRA to manage versions, track progress, and maintain quality.
Support integration efforts through Rest APIs and other modern interfaces.
Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing automation, process optimization, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity working on Singapore Government projects.
Hands-on experience in coding, automation, and track record of successful implementations is preferred.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies within squads.
