Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for AEM and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Support implementation, configuration, and workflow optimization in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Assist in integrating AEM with cloud environments and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct basic technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on CMS best practices, digital content strategies, and automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or enterprise environments.
  • Basic technical understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or similar).
  • Hands-on or working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, or related modules).
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation
