Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for AEM and other cloud-based platforms.
- Support implementation, configuration, and workflow optimization in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Assist in integrating AEM with cloud environments and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct basic technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements.
- Provide guidance on CMS best practices, digital content strategies, and automation opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or enterprise environments.
- Basic technical understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, or related modules).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation
