Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across Tech and Business Units.
- Perform budgeting and budgeting analysis for the Technology department with inputs from both Tech and Business stakeholders.
- Participate in Service Review meetings with Business Units focusing on Tech finance performance.
- Drive and support cost optimization initiatives across the Technology function.
Experience& Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong understanding of core finance processes, including:
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Reporting & Analysis
- Ability to handle complexity and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience in:
- Financial planning and strategy
- Supporting Finance and/or Procurement functions
- Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
