Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying improvement opportunities in business processes. Regular tasks will include conducting data and process analysis, preparing detailed reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to ensure effective solutions are delivered.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Business Analysis Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in understanding and designing Business Processes and defining Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with data analysis methodologies and business modeling tools
• Previous experience in similar roles or projects is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
