Responsibilities:
- Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives as well as day-to-day enhancement projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Support solution design, documentation, testing, and production rollout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide production support and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or software development, preferably within financial services or investment-related applications.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis activities including stakeholder management, requirements documentation (BRD, FSD, use cases, process flows), and test planning.
- Proficiency in SQL, API integration, and familiarity with ETL/ELT processes.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies with a strong execution mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of financial instruments such as Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, and related compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Experience with data management, operations, or migration projects in capital markets.
- Familiarity with data modeling or large-scale data initiatives.
