Business Analyst

Join EPAM as a Business Analyst and shape the distribution of insurance products across top APAC digital platforms. You will ensure fast and high-quality delivery by translating complex requirements, coordinating system changes and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency. Your expertise will bridge technical and business teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders to translate them into clear user stories and specifications
• Create detailed business and technical flow diagrams while proactively identify project risks and dependencies
• Manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) requests by coordinate impact assessments and align rollout plans
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support user acceptance testing by define test scenarios
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement and retrospectives
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery tasks while critically review outputs to promote continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with regional partners to support cross-functional requirements gathering
• Communicate complex integration concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification with extensive business analyst experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced digital or technology delivery environment
• Hands-on experience to write user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria in an Agile context
• Demonstrated ability to produce business process flows and technical diagrams, including API flows and system integrations
• Strong background in read API contracts, understand request/response structures and map integration touchpoints
• Experience to manage change governance processes, including the preparation and submission of CAB requests
• Track record of use of AI development methodologies and tools like Claude via Terminal to accelerate delivery
• History of successful work in cross-functional squads with developers, QA engineers and product stakeholders
• Current authorization to work in the designated country without require a visa sponsorship

• Experience to work within financial services, insurance or highly regulated environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex requirements and adapt to evolving AI practices
