We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates starting their career in business analysis, who enjoy analyzing data, understanding business processes, and contributing to projects that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in developing business process models, workflows, and documentation
- Support the team in data collection, reporting, and basic analytics
- Participate in meetings with business and technical teams to clarify requirements
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to support project delivery
Requirements
Experience / Skills
- Entry-level (02 years) or relevant internship experience
- Basic understanding of business processes and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
General Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore
- Fluent in English
- Legal right to work full-time in Singapore
