Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for turning insights into action We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore and support decision-making by analyzing data, improving processes, and delivering strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and support strategic planning
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and support the implementation of data-driven solutions
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking initiatives
- Collaborate with departments such as Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean citizen, PR, or valid work pass)
