. We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

. Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with solution design.

. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.

. Support Agile activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.

. Support UAT, defect management, requirements traceability, and change management.

. Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows, and user documentation.

. Provide project reporting, status updates, and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Minimum Requirements

. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, System Integration, Consulting, or Digital Transformation projects.

. Experience working on medium to large-scale SI projects is preferred.

. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

. Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, wireframes, and mockups.

. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

. Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, integration technologies, and data pipelines.

. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage. Familiarity with Figma and Miro is a plus.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst certification.

. Experience in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or regulatory/compliance projects.

. Exposure to PDPA, ISO, or other compliance frameworks.
