Business Analyst

Job Description

• Performs feasibility analysis, work with project management team to prioritizes deliverable, and negotiate on product functionalities.

• Work closely with development team, to produce specification on software solutions.

• Work on difference project types, new development and enhancement/support.

• Participates in QA, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.

• Handle project complexity, which involve multiple stakeholders and inter-related systems to implement a project.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Studies

• Solid hands-on experience in IT environment support or development

• Hands on experience with SQL - T-SQL, Tables, Views is a MUST

• Understanding of software development cycle is a plus

• Well versed in MS Word, Access, Excel(Advanced), Visio, and MS Project

• Candidate should be well verse with XML terminology

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Minimum 2 years experiences in supporting API platform or product

• Must be a team player
