About the Role

The Digital Professionals Accelerator (DPA) Programme is a structured graduate programme designed to develop high-potential Polytechnic and ITE graduates into industry-ready Business Analysts. As a Business Analyst, you will be employed full-time while undergoing an intensive work-and-learn programme that combines on-the-job training, technical education, and professional development.

You will work on real-world digital projects with public sector, education, and enterprise clients, supporting the delivery of technology-driven solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, curious, and keen to build a long-term career in the digital and technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements to support software and digital solution development
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation that can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document As-Is and To-Be business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and project teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
  • Support testing activities such as system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Engage stakeholders through clear communication, coordination, and follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows, systems, and services

Programme & Learning Components

  • Full-time employment with structured on-the-job training on live projects
  • Part-time technical training at Ecole 42 Singapore to build strong programming fundamentals and technical thinking
  • Classroom-based flexi-learning modules focused on design, innovation, and effective communication
  • Mentorship, cohort-based learning, and potential overseas attachment opportunities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC qualification
  • Completed National Service (if applicable)
  • Less than three years of post-graduation work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Interest in digital systems, technology, and process improvement
  • Willingness to commit to a rigorous work-and-study schedule
  • Must be eligible for the IMDA CLT funding
