Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into clear product deliverables
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement
- Support delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives using Agile methodologies
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap in line with business needs
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead User Acceptance Testing
- Track delivery progress to ensure timely execution and compliance with regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Degree in Business or a related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within financial services or insurance
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery and project tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proven experience delivering or rolling out digital initiatives and projects
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
