Drive successful delivery of the following key outcomes through comprehensive research and impact analysis, defining and tracking of success metrics, as well as continuously improve on existing solutions.
Review, interpret and formulate data standards, data access and protection policies, data sharing frameworks, processes and guidelines contextualised to Customer business needs
Define the required tools and levers and work with relevant stakeholders to implement these in support of effective data governance and compliance within Customer initiatives. This may include, but not limited to, AI Governance, Data Classification, Data Lifecycle Management, Third-Party Management, Privacy and Consent Management, and Data Sharing Governance, etc.
Lead and provide advice to internal stakeholders on the application of prevailing data protection laws and policies to various programmes and data sharing initiatives
Develop materials, plan and conduct engagements to drive awareness of Customer staff on the latest data management policies and best practices
Act as the main liaison for related Data Management and Data Policy queries and submission requests from other Government Agencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management, Law, Information Management or related discipline
7 or more years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas
- leading and/or delivering data governance/ data protection/ data management related work
- Formulation of data policies, standards, frameworks, processes, and guidelines
- information/record management including information lifecycle management, data modelling, and master data management
- conducting data risk assessments
