Position: Business Analyst Data Management

Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Design and manage logical/physical data models for banking operations, risk, compliance, and reporting.
- Translate business needs into efficient data structures for operational and analytical use.
- Develop and enhance data marts, warehouses, and integration layers.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, metadata, and quality standards.
- Create documentation including data dictionaries and lineage diagrams.
- Support data lineage, metadata, and data quality initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Support report creation and issue identification across business/IT teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Need experience in data architecture/modeling in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on skills in tools like Erwin, PowerDesigner, etc.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with large, complex financial datasets.
- Expertise in data warehousing, relational/dimensional modeling, and data integration.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
- Exposure to APAC regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Experience with Collibra is a plus (non-development role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
