Job Description

  • Business Requirements gathering with business users and sharing it with the technical team/vendor.
  • Review Functional Specifications Documents (and its supporting documents) provided by vendor.
  • Involvements in the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Involvements in the technical discussion/solutioning of the integration related topics like network infrastructure, MFT (Managed File Transfer), Web-API etc.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
  • Follow through the resolution and/or establish resolution plan
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.
  • Establish good working relationships with peers and users

Preference

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or HCM.
  • Experience in the role of business analyst, test management with some project management experience.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.

Requirements

  • Holds a tertiary education
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • At least 7 years experience in business analyst and/or software testing role, in insurance industry
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite (ERP and HCM) and/or Oracle E-Business Suite specially on Finance and HRMS modules will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
