Business Analyst, Corporate Banking (1-year renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Business Analyst for Corporate Internet Banking initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and document User Stories/User Journeys based on business requirements.
• Analyze and document to-be business and operational processes, perform impact assessments and estimations.
• Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions on application enhancements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of application features and processes (subject matter expertise).
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify them as defects or change requests.
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for project change requests.
• Ensure strong understanding of financial services policies, procedures, products, and industry practices.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and effective team collaboration.
• Maintain working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles.

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Channels and Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of technology (coding experience not required).
• Skilled in capturing, analyzing, and eliciting business requirements experience elaborating JIRA stories.
• Hands-on experience with Agile product development.
• Clear and articulate in analyzing and writing business requirements.
• Ability to challenge complex build needs and propose alternative solutions.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Confident in presentations and leading meetings.
• Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SLA DCP processes in Singapore.
• Familiarity with competitor features (e.g., DBS, Citibank).
• Awareness of technology trends in digital banking.
• Experience with API and SWIFT.
