We're looking for a proactive and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy understanding business needs, working with data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions in an on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in creating functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support UAT activities and help ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation, reports, and project updates.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles (internships/projects welcome).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
- Legally eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
