Responsibilities
- Provide user requirements, review and approve test plans and results and perform User Acceptance Tests to support the change
- Liaise with relevant business, function and technology teams to document requirements and change requests for effective solutions that meet business needs.
- Stakeholder collaboration and management
- Review and identify opportunities for process improvements, straight-through processing and drive automation.
- Change management and decision making
- Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures and train the processing team.
- Support ad hoc projects and coordinate user testing for new products, system enhancements and system defects.
Requirements
- At least 6 years working experience
- Good understanding of Cash management, Trade Finance, Lending and Treasury products
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello or Azure DevOps
