Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in software development project, with a strong focus on analyzing and managing Change Requests (CRs).
- Review and understand existing business processes and applications to assess the impact of requirements and change requests.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops (using traditional and/or Design Thinking approaches) to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze workshop outputs and stakeholder inputs to identify gaps, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, product backlog items, and test scenarios, ensuring traceability to test cases.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate transfer of requirements and alignment during implementation.
- Support functional testing, regression testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
- Participate in the validation and verification of deliverables to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Requirement
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or any IT equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development projects with direct involvement in managing Change Requests or requirements management.
- Good stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to present and explain technical aspects and benefits of business requirements in a clear and convincing manner to business users/sponsors
- Experience in facilitating design thinking workshops will be an advantage
- Proficient in developing GUI prototypes using prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, will be an advantage
